We are pleased to announce the results of our latest Customer Satisfaction Survey.
They again confirm that our clients continue to value the service we deliver.
We asked a random sample of 1 in 10 of our clients in April to use a single measure to determine how valuable you find our service – how likely are you to recommend us?
2016’s positive results re-enforce our belief in and commitment to delivering levels of service that stands out in our profession.
One of the key results from the survey was over 9 out of 10 respondents stating that they would recommend their Continuum adviser to a friend or business associate.
To be precise, 93% of our clients would recommend their adviser to a friend or business associate rating us 8 or above out of 10
That figure alone clearly demonstrates the value that our clients place on our continued commitment to deliver wealth management for everyone.
