As a Paraplanner with Continuum, you will work alongside our growing paraplanning team, to provide technical expertise and undertake detailed research and analysis of a wide variety of financial planning solutions, producing comprehensive reports to support our network of Financial Adviser in providing exceptional customer service to clients.

The Role
As a Paraplanner at Continuum Financial Services, you will work as part of a team of paraplanners to deliver excellent paraplanning support, managing workflows and preparing cases for submission to a high standard. You will have the level 4 Diploma qualification and an excellent understanding of the paraplanning process.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Support our Independent Financial Advisers with research and analysis to meet client requirements.
- Prepare Financial Plans & Suitability Reports on each file to document suitable advice.
- Prepare the relevant documentation to support the recommendations made ready for submission to Business Monitoring Unit.
What we are looking for
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a paraplanner
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or working towards
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to interpret data and to analyse where existing procedures and practices do not meet with current regulatory standards
- Ability to conduct research for appropriate providers and investments
- Ability to empathise and build strong business relationships with Continuum Advisers
- Ability to manage own time, workload and ensure that all contractual obligations are met with firms;
- Good understanding of compliance issues
- Ability to self-motivate
