Client Satisfaction Survey – February 2025

We regularly survey our clients on a half yearly basis through a Net Promoter Score system (NPS). This process is one of the most respected and widely used measurements of customer experience and satisfaction in the world.  

As a business we conduct these surveys in order to gain our clients perception of our brand and to ensure we continue to deliver the most outstanding service to them.

Our survey conducted in February 2025 showed that an incredible +90 of clients rate their Continuum Adviser 8 out of 10 or over, with over +82 of these clients happy to recommend to their friends or colleagues.

These results represent the trust our clients place in us and the positive impact we are making in their lives.
