I can’t recommend Mike highly enough! He’s given me excellent advice on my residential mortgage, enabling me to request a product transfer myself. I also have one flat as a buy-to-let, which is an important part of my financial wellbeing. The interest rate on my BTL mortgage has been creeping up over the last year and suddenly increasing more dramatically due to the Bank of England base rate rises, which was very stressful. Mike has been unfailingly patient and supportive – despite the lender’s rather clunky systems – and has now secured a new five year fix at a much better rate than before! Brilliant result and a totally nice guy to deal with.
